Artichoke Lasagna can be a great alternative to classic Carnival lasagna: a great alternative for a vegetarian recipe to celebrate Shrove Tuesday, Easter, or any Sunday 🙂
Well, guys, in this cold and rainy day, this is a perfect first course, perfect for your Carnival or Easter menu 😉
I’m going back to wotk, this will be a busy day and I have to take advantage from my baby being at her grandma’s place.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g of lasagna sheets
Order Retin-A purchase Prozac 500 g of white sauce
300 g of fior di latte cheese
30 g of grana
1 clove of garlic
100 ml of stock
extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation Time: 40 min.
Baking Time: 30 min.
Total Time: 1 hour and 10 min.
Let’s start by cleaning artichokes (here you will find the procedure to do that).
Cut chokes into thin slices and put them in a bowl with water and lemon juice for a dozen minutes.
Brown garlic in a pan with some oil, then add drained artichokes.
Cook for a few minutes, then add salt, pepper and parsley, and stir.
Add in stock and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Now make white sauce (clic here to see the recipe) and thinly slice fior di latte cheese.
Blanch lasagna sheets in a large pot full of boiling salted water, with addition of a tablespoon of oil.
Lift the sheets, and place them on a clean cloth to dry.
Now let’s arrange lasagna.
Cover the bottom of a casserole with some white sauce.
Add a layer of lasagna sheets and spread some additional white sauce over it.
Add artichokes and fior di latte cheese, and spread some grated grana over them.
Place another layer of lasagna sheets, add white sauce and artichokes, and cover them with fior di latte and grana.
Finally, cover lasagna with the last lasagna sheets and the remaining white sauce, and spread some additional grana over them.
Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Let cool down for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
