I had a sheet of puff pastry in the fridge and one of the girls who work with me had brought me some wild asparagus… After a brief search, I found this recipe: Asparagus Puff Rolls, with raw ham and caprino cheese, and I decided to make it right away. The result was delicious, and wild asparagus did make the difference! I had never tasted them before, but they are really delicious! Too shame here in Naples they’re so difficult to find 😉
Well, guys, for this May first (the International Workers’ Day) we’ll have a weekend in Geneva! My plane is about to take off, so I leave you to the recipe, kisses :-*
Ingredients for 8 servings:
1 sheet of puff pastry
150 gr of wild asparagus
buy Indocin online 100 gr of raw ham
160 gr cheap valacyclovir of caprino cheese (fresh goat cheese)
20 gr of grana
buy ventolin extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation Time: 20 min
Baking Time: 20 min
Total Time: 40 min
Wash and clean asparagus (remove the tougher part from the stem).
Blanch them for a couple of minutes in hot-boiling salted water, then drain them and put them aside.
Place, on your puff pastry sheet, ham slices and caprino cheese in pieces.
Cover with wild asparagus and spread over them some grated grana, ground pepper and a little oil.
Roll it up.
Cut in rolls of about 4 cm.
Put your rolls on an oven tray covered with baking paper and brush them with some milk. Then sprinkle them with poppy seeds.
Cook in hot oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
As soon as they will appear puffed out and golden, take out and serve.
