The recipe to make Baked Breaded Fish Fillets was born to prepare fish for Elisa in a different way. Now she eats everything in small pieces, and since she loves fish, I make it quite often, and I always seek for inspiration. After tasting, and appreciating, her Breaded Fish Fillets, I decided to make them for us too: I just added some salt, garlic and rosemary to the breading. Fish with this recipe is light and tasty, and really tender, the ideal reciper for kids ofr who wants to eat light food: so you can’t say that I only upload high-calory food any more 😉

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 g of xenical to buy online grouper fillets Buy Strattera online
methotrexate no prescription 60 g of breadcrumbs
20 g of parmesan, grated
1 tsp of freeze-dried garlic
Preparation Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 20 min.
Total Time: 30 min.
Divide the fillets in 2 equal parts.
Prepare the breading: combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, salt and rosemary.
Coat the fillets with the breading: press gently to make it stick to the fish.
Line a baking pan with some baking paper, brush it with some oil, and place the fillets over it. Spread some oil, and bake at 180°C.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Then garnish the Baked Breaded Fish Fillets with some lemon, and serve.
