I had never Baked Meatballs, I used to think they would be dry and unpleasant, cooked in that way… but of course I had to change my idea, this is a definitely successful recipe 🙂
In order to make them even fancier, I got inspiration from another blogger, who served meatballs on skewers, and put a piece of cheese inside. They really are fancier, aren’t they?
This morning, after hanging out the clothes from two different laundering, and tidying up the house, we are planning to go for a walk, so I leave you to the recipe and go to get ready. A kiss, have a good Sunday.

Ingredients for 8 meatballs:
350 gr of beef ground meat
2 slices of sandwich bread
50 ml of water
1 tbsp of Retin-A online grana
1 egg
1 scallion
4 wrapped cheese slices
black pepper

Baking Time: 20 min
Total Time: 35 min

How to make Baked Meatballs

Soak bread in water, then gently squeeze it.

In a large bowl, put meat, bread, eggs, grana, salt, pepper, and chopped scallion.

Combine till getting an even mixture.

Divide each cheese slice into half, and prick each piece with a skewer.
With slightly wet hands, wrap each piece of cheese with some meat.

Seal the meat around the cheese.
Place the meatballs on an oven pan. Wrap the remaining part of each skewer with some aluminum foil (so that thy won’t bworn in the oven.

Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
