Baked Potatoes (or Jacket Potatoes) is an easy side dish: it’s just bake potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil, and then season according to your personal taste! In many countries they use to top Baked Potatoes with some herb-flavored sour cream.
I come back to Naples just yesterday, and I’ve spent the whole day with my baby girl, who hugged me and caressed me and cuddle me, while saying “mum, mummy, mama, I love you so much”… It was really adruous to stay away from her, and since I came bake we are staying even closer than before. Even these dark clouds are clearing, so I’m much more peaceful now: I’m going to enjoy my kid and the peace of my house. Kisses :-*

Take out of the oven, open the aluminum foils and cut the potatoes lengthwise almost down the bottom (so that the potatoes still hold together). Slightly split the two halves and season with salt and pepper.
Season the sour cream with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
Pour the sour in the split and serve immediately.
