Barbecue Sauce, or BBQ sauce, is an American sweet-and-sour sauce, mainly used as a marinade or topping for meat cooked in the barbecue cooking style.
There are different recipes and variants, but all of them with the same base ingredients: chopped garlic and onion, pan-fried in butter and oil, with tomato, vinegar and sugar. In the end, to balance the flavor, there is the addition of hot pepper, tabasco sauce and Worcester sauce, usually with the caption q.s., as much as will suffice… But I hate that, so I reported the exact quantity I’ve used! Of course, that’s according to my taste, but you can change it! 😉

Ingredients for 4 servings:
200 g of tomato purée
20 g of tomato paste
1 onion cheap Colchicine
1 clove of garlic
25 g of butter
25 ml of evo oil
30 ml of vinegar
2 tbsp of brown sugar
50 g of mustard order vardenfil
1 tbsp of tabasco
1 tbsp of Propranolol best prices Worcester sauce
salt
powdered hot pepper

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 30 min.
Total Time: 40 min.

How to make Barbecue Sauce

Peel and thinly chop onion and garlic, then panfry with oil and butter.

After 5-10 minutes, add vinegar and let reduce.

Add now tomato purée, tomato paste, sugar and mustard.

Stir, and let cook on a low heat for 20 minutes, still stirring every now and again.
In the end, add Worcester sauce, tabasco sauce, hot pepper, and salt.

Blend your Barbecue Sauce with a mixer, then pour in a bowl and serve at room temperature.
