Beef Stew with Green Peas and Potatoes is one of the first meat-based dishes I’ve ever learned to cook. Last night I found out I had some pork loin in the refrigerator, so I decided to prepare a stew for my honey: really tender and tasty! I made a mini-portion, but I’m posting a 4-serving quantity 😉
Ingredients for 4 servings:
600 g of chuck (I’ve actually used pork loin)
400 g of green peas
1 clove of garlic
order diflucan 2 sprigs of rosemary
400 ml of meat stock
1 glass of white wine
extra-virgin olive oil
Tempo di preparazione: 10 min.
Tempo di cottura: 50 min.

Pan-fry chopped garlic with rosemary. Add the meat in pieces and fry evenly on every side.
Season to taste, then add the white wine and simmer until reduced.
Add green peas and diced potatoes, then cover with the stock.
Cook on a medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Move your Beef Stew with Green Peas and Potatoes on a platter and serve it.
