Every now and again I use to Ogni tanto sfoglio i libri di cucina in cerca di ispirazione… ieri il mio occhio è caduto su questa ricetta. Manzo con il vino rosso e gherigli di noce… una chiccheria 😀
Ingredients for 4 servings:
600 g of beef slices
1 glass of red wine
50 g of walnut kernels
Valtrex no prescription 1 carrot
20 g of flour
30 g of butter
2 tbsp of evo oil
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
Natrexone Buy black pepper
Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 20 min.
Total Time: 30 min.
Warm up a wok with butter and oil inside, then add the floured meat slices.
Let brown a little, then season with salt and pepper, add wine and simmer to reduce.
Take away the meat and put aside.
Chop carrot, onion, garlic, parsley and walnuts, and let brown inside the same wok to create a sauce.
If it should thicken too much, add some water (or stock). Then put the beef back into the wok, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Let thicken the sauce, and serve.
