Beer Batter is ideal to fry vegetables. As it has no egg, it is much lighter but your battered food will still be crunchy. Even if you won’t taste beer savor after cooking, I usually choose a lager, as I light it more.

Sift flour into a bowl.
Then slowly add beer, while stirring with a whisk.
You need a smooth mixture, with no lumps.
Also add oil and salt, and whisk.
