Beetroot Tagliatelle with speck and mushrooms are a dish elegant dish, very tasty and quite easy to make, perfect for today’s dinner 😉
I had already showed you how to make fuchsia fresh pasta, I used it to make beetroot ravioli, remember? Today it’s tagliatelle, super!

Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g of pastry flour
1 egg
100 g of pre-cooked beetroot

200 ml of cream
100 g of speck
25 g of dried porcini mushrooms
butter purchase Baclofen
black pepper

Preparation Time: 30 min
Cooking Time: 15 min Combivent online
Total Time: 45 min + 30 min. for rest

How to make Beetroot Tagliatelle

Make beetroot purée by blending them with a hand-held mixer.
Mound flour on a clean surface, make a well in a middle and put inside egg, salt and beetroot purée.

Slowly combine all the ingredients.

Knead with hands till getting a smooth and even dough.

Cover with a clean cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.

With a pasta roller, roll it out till getting thin sheets.

Put the sheets on a slightly floured surface.

Take one sheet at a time, slightly flour it, and roll it up.

Cut the roll into thin slices to get your tagliatelle.

Unroll tagliatelle and place them on a floured surface.

Now let’s make the seasoning.
Soak mushrooms into some hot water, then brown them in a pan with a knob of butter, together with diced speck.

Cook for 7-8 minutes, then add fresh cream and season to taste.

Meanwhile, cook tagliatelle in a large pot with hot salted water.

Drain still a bit firm and put them in the pan with mushrooms.

Amalgamate, and serve with some freshly ground pepper.
