Bread Pie is a versatile recipe, unexpectedly good, which could help you to empty the fridge and also save your dinner.
A while ago I posted a guide with some advice about how to use stale bread… Well, this recipe is one of the best ones to make it: try it, you’ll love it.
Today I’m posting the recipe really late: I was in the kitchen, cooking, and I lost the notion of time, I was about not to post anything at all 😛 Luckily I was called to order, so here I am 😉

Ingredients for a 24 cm round pan:
300 g of bread
60 g of scamorza
Retin-A no prescription 1 tomato
50 g of salami
2 tbsp Retin-A no prescription of parmesan
green olives
black pepper
evo oil

Preparation Time: 10 min
Baking Time: 20 min
Total Time: 30 min

How to make Bread Pie

Let soak bread in a bowl with lukewarm water. The staler you bread is, the longer it will take to soak enough.

Squeeze bread and put it in a bowl.

Add diced tomato, salami, olives, cheese, and season with salt, pepper and grated parmesan.

Combine evenly.

Put the mixture in an oven pan covered with baking paper, add a little oil on the top, and bake for about 20 minutes in oven preheated at 180°C.

take out of the oven and serve.
