Breadsticks are amongst Elisa’s passions: she prefers salty snacks, so I always have in my purse some Tarallini, crackers and Breadsticks. The recipe to make Breadsticks is quite simple, you just should make them of the same diameter, so that they will all cook evenly and in the same time. Today is a rainy day here in Naples, so no walks, parks, or playgrounds: I suppose in the afternoon we will have to do some new kneading activity with Elisa… I’ll make you know. Ingredients for 40 Breadsticks:
500 g of pastry flour
260 g purchase Accutane of water, tepid
12 g of baker’s yeast
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of salt
50 g of EVO oil Retin-A without prescription + some more for brushing

Baking Time: 20 min.
Total Time: 50 min. + 2 hours for rising
In a bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in the water.
Mound the flour in a large mixing bowl, make a well in the middle and pour the water inside.
Knead, then add oil and salt.
Keep kneading till you get a smooth dough.
Roll the dough out and brush with some oil.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Then cut the dough into 40 stripes (same width!).
Gently pull every stripe to lengthen.
Oil a baking tray and put the Breadsticks inside, brush with some additional oil and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
Let cool down before serving, plain or with cheeses and raw ham.
