Yesterday I decided to make a Cherry Cake with the late cherries, also adding some chopped almonds, that go really well with cherries! It was soft, fragrant and yummy, just like I wanted!
Many of you have already seen a picture of the slice on the Facebook page, now you have the recipe too: I strongly recommend you to try it, because it’s delicious!
This pregnancy is having a funny effect on me. I’m not having the classic cravings: I’ve never waked up my husband at 3 a.m. to send him buying ice-cream or pizza… I’m rather having sudden need to cook something, above all sweets and desserts. It’s like having a perpetual creative inspiration to satisy in the kitchen: it actually happen that I wake up at 6 a.m. to cook a cake for the family! I’m sure it’ may baby girl, giving me an extra oomph: indeed, recently everything I do it’s successful! I feel so power load, so alive that I just can’t keep still, I have one thousand ideas for things to do, and I’m trying to do them all before she is born, so that later I won’t take precious time away from her.
I’m embarking on a new adventure with the blog, I’ll soon tell you about. Meanwhile I’m also sketching out a recipe book… I don’t know if I’ll be able to complete it, but I’m trying, and I’m proud of it.
In other words, I’m living a magic moment, and I’m enjoying it! Also because I have 2 more months to go, and maybe they’ll pass sooner if I busy myself 😉

Ingredients for a 22 cm cake pan:
500 g of cherries
170 g of butter
100 g of sugar
3 eggs
Zithromax online 140 g of pastry flour
100 g of almonds
1/2 packet of vanilla-flavoured baking powder
cheap Propranolol icing sugar

Preparation Time: misoprostol buy 15 min.
Cooking Time: 40 min.
Total Time: 55 min.

How to make Cherry Cake

Beat soft butter and sugar till you get a cream.

Separate yolks from whites: add the yolks to the butter cream. Whisk the whites till stiff, then add them too to the butter.

At last, add flour, finely chopped almonds, and baking powder.

Stir until plain and smooth.

Butter and flour a cake pan, pour the mix inside.

Flatten with a wooden spoon, then add the pitted cherries, slightly pressing them on the mixture.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Let it cool down, then put it on a platter and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Slice the Cherry Cake and serve.
