I’ve always been intrigued by the recipe to make baked Chocolate Cheesecake… After several unbaked cheesecakes I tried last summer, a baked version was needed 😉 The crunchy crust perfectly combines with the creamy filling of the chocolate cheese cream.
Today is a grey day, indulging yourselves with con il ripieno cremoso della crema al formaggio al cioccolato. Questa è una ricetta che ho trovato su un libro di dolci americani dove però per la preparazione del Chocolate Cheesecake era prevista la panna acida che io ho sostituito con della ricotta. Ingredients for a 22 cm springform pan:
200 g of Digestive cookies
80 g of butter
400 g of philadelphia
200 g of ricotta
200 g of dark chocolate
cheap doxycycline Robaxin without prescription 3 eggs
150 g of sugar
1 packet of vanillin

whipping cream to decorate

Preparation Time: 30 min
Baking Time: 1 ora Generic Paxil
Total Time: 1 ora 30 min

How to make Chocolate Cheesecake

First and foremost, make the crust: blend cookies, add melted butter, and combine.

Put it on the bottom of a 22 cm pan covered with baking paper, level evenly (you can use the bottom of a glass), and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now let’s make the filling. Melt chocolate in a bain-marie.

In a bowl, combine philadelphia, ricotta, sugar and vanillin.

Whisk till getting a smooth cream, then incorporate eggs, one at a time.

Keep whisking, and add in the chocolate.

Pour the chocolate cheese cream onto the cookie crust.

Level as much as possible, then bake at 180°C for about 1 hour (to see if it is cooked, prick with a toothpick, but remember it should stay creamy: the first time I waited till the toothpick turned out clean, and the final result was a bit too dry).

Let cool down.

Once it will be cold, move your cheesecake on a platter and decorate with chocolate scales or whipped cream, like I did, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Slice and serve your Chocolate Cheesecake.
