Chocolate Ice Cream has been the first ice cream with machine that I’ve made this year. Easy to make, fresh and creamy, I think this is the most appreciated taste, by kids and grown-ups. There are different recipe to make it, with or without ice-cream maker, with cocoa or dark chocolate, with or without eggs… I combined several recipes in order to make an ice cream to satify my taste and expectations.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
levonorgestrel online 250 g of cream
150 g of milk
150 g of dark chocolate
150 g of sugar
vanilla essence or vanillin
Preparation Time: 30 min
Cooking Time: 10 min
Total Time: 40 min + 4h in the fridge
In a heavy-based saucepan, melt chocolate with milk and cream.
In a bowl, whisk yolks with sugar.
Pour this mixture into the saucepan, and keep cooking on a low heat: turn it off just before getting the boil.
Combine evenly, then add in vanilla.
Move the mixture into a bowl, let cool down, then refrigerate for a few hours.
Then move the mixture into the ice cream maker, and turn it on according to the setting: for mine, with Kitchen Aid, speed 1 for about 20 minutes.
If the weather is quite hot, it may take longer: in this case, you may want to store it in the freezer for a while.
Now your ice cream is ready to be served!
