I tasted this Citrus Shrimp Risotto at a wedding, last month. The combination of orange and lemon with shrimps is so intriguing that I decided to make it at the first occasion! So, I’ve tried getting back the right taste of my memory, and made this dish. A first course with a fresh, mild taste, e really unforgettable recipe, in my opinion 😉

Ingredients for 4 servings:
220 g of rice Xenical order
300 ml of stock
30 g of butter buy Plavix
generic Plavix 1/2 onion
1 glass of sparkling wine
1 clove of garlic
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 20 min
Total Time: 30 min
Fnely chop onion and let it wilt in a pan with half of your butter.
Squeeze lemon and orange.
Add rice into the pan an cook for 1 minute.
Add wine and let simmer till reduced, then add citrus juice.
Cover with stock and cook.
As stock is absorbed, if necessary add some more, until the rice will be ready.
Clean shrimps and quickly cook in a pan with garlic and a little oil.
Then lift them from the pan and add them into the rice, together with grated zest of citrus.
Add parmesan and the remaining butter, and stir.
Then serve your Citrus Shrimp Risotto with some additional grated zest.
