Cocktail Sauce (or Marie Rose sauce, or Thousand Island dressing, or Russian dressing) is a myonnaise-based sauce, usually used to accompany fish dishes, above all crustaceans (particularly prawns and shrimps, like with shrimp cocktail). You can also use Cocktail Sauce for canapés, or to accompany seafood appetizers, but I like it with French fries too 😉
If you had bought the ingredients to make the sauce I posted last Saturday, you can use some of them today, and in the next days I’ll post more recipes, so that you will be able to use all of them!
Today many of us are going on holiday, so I wish you happy holidays, read you at your return 😉
