Coffee Mousse is a light and mild cream, ideal to fill cakes or plain, as a creamy dessert. This is a kind of a mix between some of my recipes: Coffee and Condensed Milk Semifreddo and Coffee Cheesecake, and it is delicious! Serve this Coffee Mousse at the end of a meal, and you’ll see how much they appreciate 😉

Whip the fridge-cold cream in a mixing bowl.
In a different bowl, combine condensed milk and fridge-cold strong coffee.
Pour the coffee mix into the bowl with the whipped cream, and stir gently bottom-up with a wooden spoon.
You can serve your Coffee Mousse right away, or store it in the fridge.
