In this step-by-step guide we’ll see How to Clean a Pumpkin. Pumpkin is a very versatile vegetable of Fall season, considered as the symbol of Halloween feast, but you can use it in any other occasion as well.
In order to clean a pumpkin, you will need a sharp knife. I’ve chosen to dice my pumpkin up, but of course you can chose how to cut it according to the recipe you need it for.

First and foremost, rinse the pumpkin under fresh running water, then dry it.

Cut it in half, from the stem downwards to the bottom and then into large slices.

Remove the seeds and the inner fibers.

Now cut off the skin.

Now you can place your pumpkin slices on a cutboard and dice them, or cut in thinner slices, and use according to your recipe.
