Chocolate brownies are typical American desserts made with chocolate. They’re quite easy to make: the chocolate mixture is poured into a rectangular pan, baked, and cut into square pieces.
There are several versions of brownies, the most famous one having pecan nuts inside the base mix. I decided to make Cream Cheese Brownies instead. At the first bite, I almost became emotional! My super-soft brownie was actually melting in my mouth! Delicious!!
I know, most of you are on a diet, and that I can tempt like the devil himself… but if you want to pamper yourselves, you must try this recipe!
One more thing: I’ll be away for a week, so I won’t be able to answer to your messages, but if I can I’ll post a new recipe at the beginning of the next week 🙂

Ingredients for a 23cm x 33cm pan:
180 g of dark chocolate
150 g of butter Topamax online
225 g of sugar
3 eggs get Asacol
75 g of pastry flour

Ingredients for the cheese cream
220 g of philadelphia
1 purchase Clonidine egg
50 g of sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence

Preparation Time: 25 min.
Baking Time: 35 min.
Total Time: 1 hours

How to make Cream Cheese Brownies

Let’s start by melting chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.

Put sugar in a bowl and pour the chocolate over it.

Slowly add in beated eggs, alternated to flour, and combine.

Now let’s make the cheese cream.
Combine in a bowl philadelphia, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Beat till getting a smooth cream.

Cover a 23×33 cm pan with baking paper, pour 2/3 of the mixture inside.
Then add spoonfuls of cheese cream over the mixture.

Cover with the remaining mixture, then slightly stir the upper part with the cheese cream, by making circles with a toothpick.

Bake at 160°C for about 35 minutes.

Take out of the oven and let cool down. Then turn out of the pan and cut into squares.

Gently lift from the baking paper, and serve.
