Crunchy Chicken Nuggets are a super-easy and super-yummy recipe. They’re great for a buffet of a meal with your friends.
Besides salads, in this period I’m cooking finger food, that is to say food to be eaten directly by hands. Cut chicken into dices or the shape you like.
Crush chips and put them in a plate.
Roll chicken pieces into the crushed chips and make chips get stuck to chicken.
Put nuggets on the oven pan, covered with baking paper, and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Add some salt, if needed, and serve with ketchup and mayonnaise. Your Chicken Nuggets will have a crunchy outside and soft inside 😛
