Dark Chocolate Cookies really are super-chocolatey, perfect for my Monday treat. They are far more traditional of last Monday’s cookies, and as yummy as those ones.
Today in Italy we celebrate Father’s Day, and these cookies are perfect to be given to your beloved daddies: a handmade gift is always much appreciated 😉 For my husband this is the first Father’s Day, and he will receive a symbolic gift from Elisa: here in Italy many schools organize kid activities to make Father’s Day gifts, and so did my mom… and she thought it would be nice to make one for Ivano as well: it will be a nice memory of his first Father’s Day 😉
Well, try this recipe and you will thank me at the first bite!
Kisses to everybody, and especially to all daddies, to which I dedicate this phrase by Giorgio Manfrin “ogni uomo può essere padre ma deve essere una persona speciale per essere papà” (any man can be a father, but he need to be a special person to be a daddy)!
Ingredients for 25 cookies:
350 g of dark chocolate (180 + 120 + 50)
60 g of butter
150 g Vermox online of brown sugar
100 g of pastry flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
Preparation Time: Generic Topamax 30 min.
Baking Time: 20 min.
Total Time: 50 min.
Roughly chop dark chocolate.
Melt 180 grams, together with butter.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and brown sugar.
Then stir in melted chocolate.
Incorporate flour, together with baking powder and salt.
At last, add in 120 grams of dark chocolate, diced in small cubes.
Distribuite about 25 spoonfuls of dough on an oven pan covered with baking paper.
Decorate the cookies with the remaining diced chocolate, and bake.
Cook at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
Lat cool till lukewarm, then lift from the pan and serve.
