If you have egg white leftover, here you have a recipe to use them, without making the usual desserts (like buy Aciclovir online meringues). I was a bit skeptycal about this recipe, I was afraid it woul have no taste at all… but, on the contrary, Egg White Omelette is really yummy, a great alternative to classic frittata, lighter and yet as much tasty.
I added a little carrots cut into julienne strips, but you can choose any vegetables, like zucchini, spinach or even pumpkin. You’ll see, whatever you choose to add, this omelette will surprise you!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
4 egg whites
2 tbsp of grana
1 tbsp of herbs
2 tbsp of julienne carrots
extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation Time: 5 min.

Total Time: 15 min.
Put egg whites in a bowl and whisk a little with a fork.
Add in salt, pepper, grana, chopped herbs, julienne vegetables.
Warm up some oil in a pan, then pour the mixture inside and cook for about 5 minutes.
Turn it upside down or fold in half, and let cook for a couple of minutes.
