Today I propose you these beautiful and delicious rolls with grilled eggplant, easy and quick to make.
I use to make fried rolls, stuffed with ham and mozzarella, but today I’ve decided to make a lighter version. Each roll has about 46 Kcal, a really light recipe.
If you’re searching for a fancy and yet light appetizer, this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients for 16 rolls:
2 eggplants
buy Retin-A online 100 g of scamorza
16 leaves of basil
Gastrointestinal 100 ml of tomato purée
evo oil
salt order Prozac online

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 25 min.
Total Time: 35 min.

How to make Eggplant Rolls

Wash and clean the eggplants, and cut them lengthwise in slices of about 3 mm.

Grill the slices on a hot place, both sides.

Make a light tomato sauce with purée, salt and oil. Thinly slice scamorza.
On each eggplant slice, spread some sauce, a slice of scamorza, and a basil leaf. Take care to leave the end free, for an easier rolling up.

Roll up the slices, and secure the rolls with toothpicks.

Place the rolls in a casserole slightly oiled, spread a little oil over them, and bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for about a dozen minutes.

Take your Eggplant Rolls out of the oven and serve: warm or lukewarm, or even cold 🙂
