Mulino Bianco Chocolate Flauti are soft sweet bread filled with chocolate cream, used for breakfast and afternoon snack by kids… and grown-ups 😉 Well, still to recreate at home prepacked snacks, with no preservatives, additives, sweeteners, etc., Todaqy I’m posting the recipe to make homemade Flauti, with a great result. It’s a brioche dough rolled up in a rectangular shape, stuffed with a piece of chocolate bar, and rolled up to create the classic shape so loved by kids 😉 Besides having Elisa’s approval, my Flauti were also appreciated by all grown-ups who were loitering about my kitchen when I took them out of the oven: they sit down and had a great snack, just like kids 😛
Guys, I leave to the recipe and go back to the pool… just kidding (but I wish to!!)… I go back to the kitchen, today I’ve several recipes to try 😉 Kisses :-*

Ingredients for 16 snacks:
250 g of pastry flour
300 g of all-purpose flour
100 g of sugar
Valtrex online 75 g of eggs
100 g of butter
180 ml of milk
8 g of baker’s yeast
1 tsp of order Indocin honey
1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt

100 g of chocolate
1 egg

Preparation Time: 30 min
Baking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 45 min cheap albuterol + 3 hours for rising

How to make Fauti

In a bowl, combine the flours with sugar.
Dissolve yeast in some of your milk, and add it into the flours.

Melt butter and let cool till tepid, then combine it with eggs and the remaining milk.

Let’s start to add the liquid mixture into the bowl, then add honey, vanilla and salt, and keep kneading.

Once you get a smooth dough, cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and let rise for about 2 hours or until it will have doubled in volume.

Take back the dough and divide it into 16 pieces.

Roll out each piece of dough till getting a thin rectangular shape.

Then, with the rectangle in horizontal way, place chocolate at one side, and cut the opposite one into stripes.

Wrap the dough around the chocolate, starting from the whole side and finishing with the stripes.

As they’re ready, place them, afar from each other, on an oven tray covered with baking paper.

Let rise for another hour, then brush them with an egg beated with a little milk, and bake: hot fanned oven, 180°C, 12-15 minutes.

Let cool down on a grate.

Once cold, you can serve your Flauti.
