Ingredients for a 24 cm cake pan:
120 g of sugar
70 g of pastry flour
50 g of potato starch
90 g of butter
1 packet Buy cheap Sildenafil of vanillin
1 pinch of salt
Preparation Time: 20 min.
Baking Time: 30 min.
Total Time: 50 min.
Melt the butter in a non-sticky saucepan.
Bring a pot of water to a point of boil, then turn the gas off and place over it a bowl with eggs and sugar. The bowl shouldn’t touch the water, but be warmed up just by the steam.
Start to whisk the eggs with a hand mixer.
You should keep whisking till their volume will have tripled.
Then take the bowl away from the pot, but keep whisking until the mixture will have cooled down.
Now add sifted flour and starch, vanillin, and salt, and slowly stir bottom-up with a wooden spoon.
Add now the butter (you should pour it laterally, so thet the batter won’t go runny), still stirring bottom-up.
Butter and flour a pan, and pour the batter inside.
Bake in oven pre-heated at 180°C, for about 30 minutes.
Turn it out, put it on a grill (so that some air will pass under it), and let cool down completely..
And here you have your Genoise, ready to be filled 😉
