Between farm-raised and wild-caught fish there is a huge difference as regards both taste and price. When my father come back from fishing with some wild-caught fish, he always thinks of me. Last night he brought me some beautiful gilthead sea breams and some mussels, and I made a nice fish dinner with spaghetti with mussels, and Gilthead Sea Bream Baked in Foil!
Amazing taste and flavor, they gained my husband’s approval as well! This is my recipe to make Gilthead Sea Bream Baked in Foil, a light but tasty second dish.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 gilthead sea breams purchasing Plavix online (about 300 gr each)
2 clove of garlic
1 lemon misoprostol buy online
parsley
1/2 bicchiere of white wine
1 handful of mussels buy Vermox online
salt
black pepper
evo oil

Preparation Time: 20 min.
Baking Time: 30 min.
Total Time: 50 min.

How to make Gilthead Sea Bream Baked in Foil

Thoroughly wash the fish, gut and scale it. Brush the mussels and draw away the beard (my daddy did this for me 😉 ).

Put inside the fish: chopped garlic and parsley, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Cover a baking tray with some tin foil, brush the foil with some oil, and put the fish over it.
Add the wine, cover with chopped parsley and garlic, season to taste, add some oil and some lemon slices.


Add the mussels around the gilthead sea bream (this is to furtherly enhance the taste, so you can use any sea food, e.g. clams; if you have some prawns, you can add them inside the fish), then close the wrap, sealing it by folding the sides.


Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes.
Serve the gilthead sea bream still on the tin foil, just open it.
