The recipe to make Gocciole is maybe the best copycat recipe I’ve made so far! I couldn’t imagine to get cookies so much similar to the original ones, that was a nice satisfaction! The shape was similar too: Elisa recognised them immediately and put a couple in the school snack bag, right away 😉
The recipe I saw used cocoa butter, that I replaced with white chocolate, in the same amount. I also added some cocoa to give some color, and a little baking soda and powder, to make my cookies crispier. In a word, a full success!
I posted the picture on Facebook, and so many of you asked for the recipe, that I’ve decided to hurry up and post the recipe. Now you have to try it, and let me know what you think!

Ingredients for 20 cookies:
75 g of butter
75 g of icing sugar
160 g of pastry flour
50 gr of potato starch
1 egg Aciclovir online
1 tsp of cocoa
7 g of cocoa butter (or, alternatively, white chocolate)
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 pinch of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder order Lasix Premarin Fast shipping
Preparation Time: 20 min
Baking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 35 min + 1 hour in the fridge
Combine soft butter with icing sugar.
Then add egg and vanilla essence.
Then stir in melted (but not hot) white chocolate and cocoa.
At last, add flour, starch, baking soda and baking powder.
Combine till getting and even dough. Then cover it with some plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Take back the dough and add in some chocolate chips.
Then flour your hands and shape the cookies, with a drop shape.
Add some more chocolate chips on the top, and place them on the oven tray covered with baking paper.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Let cool down before serving.
