Swordfish is an oily fish with a quite firm meat, basically with no bones, usually sold sliced in steaks. That’s why people who don’t love fish, may appreciate swordfish.
Tonight I’ve made this Grilled Swordfish for my sweetheart: I marinated fish with evo oilgarlic, parsley and herbs… delicious! A light, easy to make and really yummy second course 🙂
Preparation Time: lowest prices for Plavix 10 min.
Cooking Time: 20 min.
Total Time: 30 min. + 2 hours in the fridge
Rinse your swordfish slices.
Make a marinade with oil, salt, rosemary (I’ve picked fresh rosemary from my plant, eheh), hot pepper, grated lemon zest and some lemon juice.
Let rest your fish in the fridge, covered with the marinade, for a couple of hours.
Then, drain the fish and grill on a plate (without adding any more oil). Once almost ready, add the wine and let reduce.
Serve your Grilled Swordfish accompanied with a nice green salad 🙂
