Yesterday it was a rainy day, and I decided I wanted Hot Chocolate, but not the classic homemade hot chocolate: I wanted a thick, chocolatey, like the prepackaged mix (here in Italy the most famous brand is Ciobar, by Cameo)… and I came into this recipe! I couldn’t believe it: homemade Hot Chocolate Mix!!! As I’m fond of every homemade reproduction of prepackaged products, I couldn’t miss it, so I started at once, keen to see the result. Besides being really easy to make, you can store it in jars (so it could be an idea for your Christmas gifts), but, above all, it is really alike the Ciobar! Definitely a successful experiment!! Back from work, I made immediately some for my grandparents, who just a few days ago had asked me if I had some cocoa to make hot chocolate: they appreciated it too, so… Mission accomplished!
