Baby Octopus are small cephalopod molluscs, of Octopodidae family.

In cooking they are as successful as their Octopus relatives. They’re ideal to make sauces, but they’re a perfect secdon dish too, with a slightly gummy flesh. They are used, for example, to make seafood tagliatelle and paella de marisco.
