When, a few week ago, I made homemade yogurt, I had to search for some way to use it, and I found this recipe… I had some mixed berries in the freezer, so I decided to make it right away: in a few minutes my ice cream was ready! Easy, tasty, great! So, if you want a fresh and super-quick dessert, if you want to make ice cream at home but you don’t have the ice-cream maker, if you have unexpected guests and the ingredient at home… this is the recipe for you! Try it, you’ll love it, I guarantee!
Well, with this Instant Ice Cream I officially declare the beginning of the cold dessert season. Yesterday I made some nice fruit popsicle, and today I’m putting my Kitchenaid ice-cream maker in the freezer so that within 24 hours it will be ready to be used. Meanwhile, I leave you to this recipe and wish you a nice Wednesday 😉

Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g of frozen mixed berries or other fruit
250 g of yogurt
2 tbsp of honey buy metoclopramide online
mint

How to make Instant Ice Cream

In order to make this ice cream, you need frozen fruit in pieces. I used mixed berries, that can be used whole.

Instant Ice Cream (1)

Put in the mixer frozen fruit, cold yogurt, mint leaves and honey.

Instant Ice Cream (3)

Blend at high speed until you get a creamy and smooth mixture.

Serve your Instant Ice Cream right away.
Otherwise, you can store it in the freezer: before serving it, blend it again in the mixer for a few minutes.
