Lemon Custard is ideal to stuff cakes or pies. Thanks to its mild taste, it is on of my favorite custards. Just try it, and let me know 🙂
Ingredients to stuff a 24 cm cake pan:
2 tbsp of potato starch
order Ventolin 3 tbsp of sugar
200 ml of milk
Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 15 min.
Total Time: 25 min.
Whisk yolks and sugar, then add in starch and milk, and keep whisking.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add lemon zest and let cook, while still stirring on a low heat.
As soon as the it starts to thicken, add the sifted lemon juice.
Then remove the zest, and use the custard as you wish.
