Good morning! I’ve made Lemon Ice Cream with this recipe, with milk and cream: I was quite skeptycal, since I was afraid that milk and lemon together would have produced an odd taste… but it actually was great, thick and creamy!! I liked it so much that I’m gonna try an orange version as well in the next days: I will just have to adjust sugar amount 😉

Preparation Time: 20 min
Total Time: 20 min + 2 hours in the freezer
Put in a mixer sugar and lemon zest and blend.
Add sifted lemon juice.
Also add milk and cream (both fridge-cold!), and blend.
Pour the mixture inside the ice cream machine and turn it on according to the relative manual: in my case, speed 1.
Keep like that until getting a creamy ice cream: about 15-20 minutes.
Put in a rectangular container and store in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Then you can serve your Lemon Ice Cream.
