Here you have the traditional recipe for Lemon Veal Scallopini.
Typical Italian recipe, it is a classic meat second course. This is my favorite kind of scallopini, recipe by… my mother, of course! 😉

Ingredients for 2 servings:
4 thin slices of veal
30 g order Premarin online of butter
20 g of pastry flour
1 lemon, preferably organic
Cheap metoclopramide evo oil order Combivent online
salt
black pepper

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 15 min.
Total Time: 25 min.

How to make Lemon Veal Scallopini

Grate the zest, then squeeze the lemon and put the juice aside.

Pan-fry a dab of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick pan (I used a wok). Tenderise your meat with a steak hammer, then cover it in flour and add it to the butter.

Brown the meat on both sides, season to taste and cook for a few minutes.

Lift the meat and put aside.
Put the lemon juice in the pan with the gravy, add a dab of butter and 1 tablespoon of flour.

Stir with a wooden spoon while your lemon gravy thickens.

Put again your scallopini in the pan to make them season: a few minutes on a high heat.

Serve your Lemon Veal Scallopini dressing them with their sauce and some additional grated zest.
