Yesterday afternoon I was reading your comments and requests for more low-calory recipes, and my sister was complaining because she wanted some light goody, as she is on a diet… Then I saw the commercial of Algida’s Frusì on the TV… and I had a sudden inspiration and decided to make it, trying having the same calories too, that is 110 kcal! Well, I made a definitely great 130 kcal dessert, my sister and I ate it all, and I guess we’ll make it again today 😀
Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 tbsp of cereals (80Kcal)
125 g of plain order Indocin yogurt (46 kcal)
2 tbsp of unsweetened spray cream (85 Kcal)
40 g blackberries (14 Kcal)
1 tbsp of fructose (40 Kcal)
Preparation Time: buy Retin-A 10 min.
Cooking Time: 5 min.
Total Time: 15 min.
Let’s start by combining yogurt and spray cream.
Crumble the cereals and place them on the bottom of 2 cups.
Pour the yogurt cream over the cereals, and level as much as you can.
Now let’s make a blackberry sauce: combine fructose and black berries in a saucepan and cook for a couple of minutes. Let it cool down, then pour it onto the yogurt cream.
Put the yogurt dessert in the freezer for about 40 minutes, then serve your Light Dessert with Yogurt and Cereals.
