Over the years I’ve always omitted to post my family recipe to make classic Meatballs. Well, even if it may seem banal, the first time I made Meatballs for Ivano and me I had to call my mom to have the right balance between meat, eggs, bread and parmesan 😛 Usually everybody like this second course, children and adults. No matter if you bake or deep fry them, everybody will eat your meatballs!
This is my recipe: at my home, we eat quite small, with a crunchy outside; my mother-in-law uses to make them bigger and breadier; my grand-mother uses to add some garlic inside… So, now I’m curious: how do you make meatballs?

Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 g of beef ground meat
4 slices of sandwich bread
100 ml of milk
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs buy Retin-A online
black pepper
cheap Propranolol extra-virgin olive oil
bread crumbs buy Propranolol

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 10 min.
Total Time: 20 min.

How to make Meatballs

Let the bread soak with the milk, once it is completely soaked, squeeze it and put it in a bowl, together with meat, eggs, parmesan, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
2 ingredienti polpette

Knead till the ingredients are completely blended.
3 impasto polpette

Get your hands wet and form the meatballs.
4 fotmare le polpette

Roll them in the bread crumbs.
5 impanare le polpette
6 polpette impanate

Pan-fry the meatballs till completely golden brown.
7 friggere le polpette

Serve still hot.
