Meatloaf is a complete, and really, really tasty, dish. During winter I use to make it (stuffed with ham and provola) quite often because it is easy to make, and you can also prepare it in advance. This is my mother-in-law’s recipe, with two different kinds of meat, so as to make it even more soft and delicious. I love it, and I bet if you try it, you’ll love it too!!!
P.S. This is the hundredth recipe of my blog 😀

Ingredients for 4 servings:
350 g of beef ground meat
250 g of pork ground meat
4 slices of sandwich bread
1/2 glass of milk
2 eggs
buy Promethasin 20 g of parmesan cheese, grated
100 g of cooked ham buy Aciclovir
100 g of scamorza cheese
Purchase Retin-A without prescription 1 egg, hard-boiled
20 g of butter
black pepper

Preparation Time: 20 min.
Cooking Time: 50 min.
Total Time: 1 hour and 10 min.

How to make Meatloaf

Let the bread soak with the milk in a bowl. Once the bread is completely soaked, squeeze it.

Put in a bowl the two meats, together with grated parmesan, eggs, salt, ground pepper, and bread.

Knead the dough till the ingredients are completely blended.

Roll out the dough on a surfice covered with baking paper, and give it a rectangular shape.

Cover with the filling (remember to slice the hard-boiled egg, before).

With the help of the baking paper, roll up to form the meatloaf.

Seal the edges, then move the meatloaf (together with the paper) in an oven pan. Spread some butter knobs over it, then close it inside the paper.

Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, then open the baking paper and bake for additional 15-20 minutes.
Take the Meatloaf out of the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve your beautiful baked Meatloaf.
