My father brought me a few slices of a fresh tuna fillet, and I decided to make rolls. I choose to stuff them with black olives from Gaeta and capers from Pantelleria, together with a hot turnip top sauce kindly offered by Sole&Sale, an e-shop of tupical regional products.
I decided to call this recipe Mediterranean Tuna Rolls because of the stuffing, made with great Italian ingredients.
My family appreciated so much, that the next day I had to make them again 🙂
I wish you a nice weekend, I’ll dedicate it to shopping for my starlett… Read you on Monday for the next pastry.
