Mississippi Mud Cake is a classic American chocolate cake. Its name come from the dense and sticky chocolate icing, and the soft and gooey center texture.
If you love chocolate, this is the cake for you. I usually prefer dessert with custards and fruit, but I was enthusiastic about Mississippi Mud Cake.

Joking apart, as promised, I dedicate this cake to one of the blog reader, Barbara, as she inspired me to make this super-chocolatey Mississippi Mud Cake.
Ingredients for a 22 cm cake pan:
200 g of dark chocolate
purchase orlistat order Aciclovir 160 g of butter
250 ml of milk
200 g of sugar
220 g of pastry flour
40 g of plain cocoa
1/2 packet of baking powder
Ingredients for the icing:
buy propranolol 150 g of dark chocolate
80 ml of whipping cream
Preparation Time: 30 min.
Baking Time: 50 min.
Total Time: 1 hour and 20 min.
Melt butter, then add chopped chocolate and combine to melt chocolate as well.
In a bowl, combine eggs with milk and sugar.
Incorporate chocolate into the egg mixture.
Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder, and stir it into the mixture.
Pour everything in a greased and floured 22-cm cake pan.
Bake at 170°C for about 50 minutes. To see if it is ready, prick it with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Turn the cake outside-down on a grate, and let cool down.
Meanwhile, let’s make the icing.
In a saucepan, bring cream to a point of boil, then turn put the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir to melt and combine.
Take back the cake and spread the tepid icing over it.
Decorate the surface of the icing with the prongs of a fork.
Now you can slice and serve your Mississippi Mud Cake.
