Today more than a recipe, I leave you a tip: Muskmelon Arugula and Feta Cheese Skewers. Quick to make, simple and very fresh, they’re perfect for an appetizer during a nice summer night. Since they’re so simple, you need to pick super-fresh ingredients. Muskmelon shoud be ripe, feta firm and arugula fresh and green. Here in Greece I’m becoming an expert about feta cheese: they have several fresh types in every store. In Italy we (almost) only have the prepackaged one… I guess like for our mozzarella abroad 😉

Ingredients for 8 skewers:
purchase esomeprazole 200 g of feta
50 g of arugula
Preparation Time: 10 min
Total Time: 10 min Valtrex online
Cut muskmelon in half.
Discard the seeds, then, with an ice-cream scoop, scoop up the flesh.
As you make them, place them on a plate.
Clean arugula and dice feta.
Then prepare your skewers.
On each stick, alternate a couple of leaves of arugula, a ball of melon and a dice of feta.
Refrigerate till the eleventh hour.
