When I saw this recipe to make a No-Bake White Chocolate Tart, I decided I HAD to try it, even because I actually had some pecan nuts in the sideboard. And that was a great decision, as this tart is absolutely delicious! For the girls who work with me, it is in the top 10 of the best recipe they’ve tasted here at MIsya’s 😉 And I admit this is one of the yummiest recipes I’ve made so far. Moreover, this is a no-bake tart, so I like it even more 😉
I dedicate this recipe to all people going back to work today: I’m preparing, but I’m not ready yet to the end of vacation 😛
So, if you’re going back today, here you have a super-sweet dessert to sweeten your day. Kisses and happy beginning of the week!
Preparation Time: 20 min
Total Time: 20 min + 12 hours in the fridge
Put cookies in the mixer (with all their cream) and blend.
Then combine them with melted butter.
Use this mixture to cover a tart pan.
(I used one with removable bottom, but you can also use a regular one: just cover it with baking paper!)
Press it on the bottom and sides, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Bring cream almost to a point of boil, then pour it over chocolate in pieces.
Toss to melt the chocolate and combine.
Let completely cool down ganache in the fridge, then whisk it up.
take back the crust from the fridge and pour the ganache inside. Then decorate with pecan nuts.
Let rest in the fridge all night long.
Now you can serve your No-Bake White Chocolate Tart.
