Crêpes are the symbol of French cuisine. They are a type of very thin pancake, served with a variety of fillings, salty or sweet. The batter consists of milk, eggs and flour (and sugar, in the sweets ones). Yesterday afternoon I made a sweet version, classic Nutella Crêpes: in my family everybody likes them, they are easy and quick to make, and really yummy! This is my mother’s recipe to make Nutella Crêpes, try it: yum-yum! 😉

Ingredients for 12 crêpes:
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
300 ml of milk
200 g of pastry flour buy Ventolin no prescription
50 g of butter
200 g of Nutella
icing sugar Allergies

Preparation Time: 20 min.
Cooking Time: Proscar online 20 min.
Total Time: 40 min.

How to make Nutella Crêpes

Whisk sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl.

Slowly add the milk and then the flour, stirring till you get a plain and smooth batter.

Melt a knob of butter in a non-sticky pan, then add a spoonful of batter.

Recline the pan and rotate to evenly distribute the batter. Cook each side for about one minute, turning it upside-down with a spatula.

Put your crêpe on a dish and, while still hot, stuff it with some Nutella on half of its surfice.

Fold it in half, then in half again. Do the same with the remaining batter.

Sprinkle with some icing sugar and serve 🙂
