I haven’t made many fish recipes so far, because my boyfriend doesn’t like it that much… but yesterday night I made Octopus Salad, as he eats that, at least 😉
You can serve Octopus Salad as an appetizer or a second course, maybe accompanied with some potatoes…
It’s a dish I usually make during summer, as it makes your house smell a bit fishy 🙂

Ingredients for 4 servings:
800 g of octopus
1 clove of garlic
2 cheap Colchicine lemons
salt
parsley
black pepper
evo oil
80 g buy Lithium di arugula
1/2 glass of white wine buy generic Valtrex

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour and 10 min.

How to make Octopus Salad

Put in a large pot some water, add wine, garlic and lemon juice, and bring to a poit of boil.
Tenderize the octopus, clean it, and thoroughly rinse it under fresh running water (I used a frozen one, already cleaned).

Once the water is boiling, add in the octopus, and let boil for about 1 hour or until it will be nicely tender if you stick a fork inside..

Meanwhile, make a marinade with parsley, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, salt and oil, and let rest for at least 1 hour.

Once octopus is ready, let it cool down, then cut it in small pieces.
Dress with the marinade, stir gently and, if needed, season to taste.

Refrigerate till the last moment, then serve on a bed of arugula and with another lemon in pieces.
