I tasted Paccheri with Squids and Potato Pecorino Cream Sauce in a restaurant outside Naples. Before even tasting them, I already knew I would make them at home. In fact, the combination of this cream sauce with squids is just right. So here you have my version, so that you can taste as well 😉

Ingredients for 4 servings:
300 g of paccheri
300 g of potatoes
70 g of pecorino
200 g of cheap Prozac squids
1 clove of garlic
extra-virgin olive oil
salt Lasix online
black pepper buy Propranolol
Preparation Time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 30 min
Peel and dice potatoes, and boil them for 10-15 minutes (prick them with a fork to check) in a pot with salted water.
Drain potatoes, but put aside some cooking water (about 1 glass).
Add pecorino and some cooking water, and blend with a hand-held mixer.
Season with salt and oil and blend again.
Cook pasta in a large pot with hot-boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, clean the squids.
Cut them into rings and quickly cook in a pan with garlic and a little oil.
Drain pasta “al dente”. Remove garlic and add pasta inside the pan.
Add the cream sauce and gently stir to amalgamate.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on a high heat.
Serve Paccheri with Squids and Potato Pecorino Cream Sauce with some parsley and pepper.
