Here you have one more (different) recipe to cook chicken: Bacon-Wrapped Chicken. I got the idea from my butcher: he uses to sell pre-cut chicken, without skin, seasoned with rosemary and wrapped in pancetta slices… Of course, the price is double compared to plain chicken, so I’ve decided to make it by myself.
During cooking, chicken pieces get crunchy outside and stay tender inside… A great idea for a supper at half week 🙂

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1,2 kg of chicken
150 g Naltrexone online of thinly sliced pancetta or bacon
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp of EVO oil
1/2 glass of white wine
order metoclopramide salt
black pepper

Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 40 min.
Total Time: 50 min

How to make Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

Rinse the chicken, dry it with some blotting paper and cut it into pieces.

Remove the skin, then put a small sprig of rosemary on each piece.

Now wrap the chicken pieces with the bacon slices.

Pour the oil in a large pan and let fry garlic till golden. Then add the chicken, and let get golden on all sides for about 10 minutes.

Stir in the white wine, season to taste (be careful: bacon and pancetta usually are quite salty, so add just a pinch of salt).

Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for about 30 minutes.

Now you can serve your Bacon-Wrapped Chicken.
