Pane Guttiau (or guttiau bread) is perfect as appetizer or for a happy hour. This is a Sardinia specialty I have never tasted in situ, but I was given some pane carasau, so I decided to make it at home. Nice and crunchy!

Place your carasau bread on the oven tray covered with baking paper. Do not overlap them.
Spread with salt and oil. If you like, you can also add some rosemary.
Bake for about 1 minute with grill on, oven preheated at 250°C.
