Panna Cotta is a recipe from Piemonte (northern Italy), one of the best known and most appreciated creamy dessert in Italy and around the world, thanks to its simplicity and to its delicate taste. Even if I love Panna Cotta, I hadn’t ever made it: I thought it would need who knows which rare ingredients and what rare ability… But while browsing a creamy dessert cookbook, I read the recipe of the caramel Panna Cotta, and I found out you just need cream, milk and sugar °_°  Of course I got started straight away! And this is my result. I’ll post a classical caramel Panna Cotta, but if you prefer you can use some fresh fruit, or jam, or Nutella (even if, in my book, caramel Panna Cotta is the top! 🙂 ) Cytotec no prescription

Ingredients for 8 servings:
500 ml of whipping cream
150 ml of milk
Premarin Fast shipping 125 g of sugar
8 g of gelatin
1 packet of pattern baldness treatment vanillin, or some vanilla flavor
150 g of caramel

Preparation Time: 15 min.
Cooking Time: 15 min.
Total Time: 30 min. + 6 hours for refrigerating

How to make caramel Panna Cotta

Leave the gelatin in a bowl with some cold water for about 15 minutes.


Pour cream and milk in a saucepan, add sugar and vanillin, then turn on a low gas.


Warm up for about 15 minutes, stirring every now and then. Take care: it should never get to a point of boil! After 15 minutes, take it away from the heat. Gently squeeze the gelatin, add it to the milk, and stir to dissolve it.


Pour the mixture in pudding molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.


Then turn the molds upside-down and garnish with some caramel.
