Today I was in the mood to make something fancy for lunch, and I’ve thought of Parmesan Bowls: I had some arugula and smoked salmon in the fridge and… easy peasy! Parmesan Bowls are easy to make and very impressive. You che stuff them with some Tuna Mousse, some Cocktail Sauce¬†or simply with lettuce and butter prawns, and you’ll succeed anyway.

Ingredients for 4 bowls:
120 g of parmesan cheese
80 g buy Mesalamine online of arugula
60 g of Colchicine online smoked salmon
1 lemon
salt
black pepper
evo oil buy Lamisil

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 10 min.
Total Time: 20 min.

How to make Parmesan Bowls

Spread a couple of tablespoon on the bottom of a small non-sticky pan, roundly.

Cook on a low heat, and when it starts to melt, fill in the gaps with some additional parmesan.

With a spatula, gently remove the parmesan sheet from the pan, and place it over the bottom of a glass (turned upside-down) to give it the bowl shape.

As soon as it starts to set, turn it upside-down and put in the fridge to let it harden.

Once cold, fill in with some arugula and smoked salmon, and season with salt, pepper, some oil and a splash of lemon, then serve.
