Parmesan Risotto is a simple and tasty first dish. It is a very versatile recipe: you can enrich it with any ingredients, if you want.
This is one of Elisa’s favorite dishes: she doesn’t like elaborated food or dishes with too many ingredients mixed… unbelievable: she’s only 4 and already has pretty defined taste 😉 Anyway… So, when I want ti make risotto for the whole family, I usually start from Parmesan Risotto, put her serving aside and then go on with the other ingredients for Ivano and me. Easy, don’t you think? Actually, this is the basic recipe I used to make another one (I’ll post it later), but maybe this could be useful for you as well…
Read you in a while 😉
